Language: English

The bureaucratic might of Arstotzka, a fictional dystopian police state (stylized on Eastern Bloc countries from Cold War), has chosen you, just an average civilian, to be the immigration officer on the border of your glorious country once that border will be open for the foreigners. With no other option you start your duty for the country, hoping this will help you support your family, but from day one your job proves to be quite difficult. Your main task is simple - you just check the papers of people approaching the land checkpoint on the border to make sure you won’t let in anyone, who should not be allowed to enter. How to spot them? It’s easy - every day you will get your rulebook with all the requirements. Unfortunately they change every day, so you have to keep up, especially since if you make mistake it could mean prison for you and your family. At the same time you have to work fast, because more people you will see more money you will get. And then different offers begin to pop up that force you to make tough decisions...

Simple game that is not for everyone - basically it is just checking the papers of string of people to find any flaws in them, it tests your perception, memory and sometimes your reflexes. But this is the main part of the game, rest is well depicted atmosphere of the police state and the pressure that is put on you to keep your country safe, find the money to support your family and at the same time keep your superiors happy, which is the hardest of all. Well developed, could be very addictive, but just as I said, not everyone will enjoy the basic part of the game.
